We stand behind our products and your satisfaction is our number one priority. But before you submit your return request to us, we would like to get you clothes in the correct size or length, that fit better, or are in a color you like more. Often times, customers order just one size and the product doesn’t fit - but don’t realize another size will! This is especially true when you are seeing sizes you haven’t seen anywhere else.

FIT
If the product didn’t fit right, we want to make sure we can replace it with something that does fit. Most fit issues can be resolved by simply ordering a different size. Most commonly, pants are too tight on the first try, but sizing up will open up the leg and make them fit better. Each item on our site fits differently due to the fact that each product is made of unique fabrics with specific properties. Some run slimmer, some are super stretchy, etc.
Here is a guide to our pants so that you can make the proper adjustments and get something that will fit correctly the second time around.
Super Stretch Performance Pants: Runs true to size on the waist. For all builds we recommend ordering your normal waist size.
Mason Omni-Stretch Pants: Runs true to size on the waist. We recommend ordering your normal waist size for all builds.
Core Chinos: Runs true to size on the waist. For all builds we recommend ordering your normal waist size.
Bruce Jeans: All Bruce Jeans run true to size on the waist. Our recommendation: For thin builds, size down on the waist. For average, athletic, and brawny builds, size down on the waist.
Core Extra Stretch Jeans: Has extremely stretch fabric. May run tight/slim. Our recommendation: For all builds, size up one waist size.
Xavier Jeans: Runs tight on the waist. For thin builds, order your normal waist size. For average, athletic, and brawny builds, we recommend sizing up on the waist size.
Joggers: Runs relaxed in butt and thighs, with a tapered leg. We recommend a 26" length for those who normally order a 27"-28" inseams, and our 24" length for those who fit a 26" inseam and below on pants. Consider sizing down on the waist for a tighter, slimmer leg or if you have a thin build or want a more fitted look. For all other builds, order normal waist size.

Once you know which size you need, make sure we have it in stock by going to the product page and clicking on the correct size. If it’s in stock, then we always recommend placing a new order right away because the item may sell out before we receive your exchange. Then, go ahead and head over to our return center and request a return for the item(s) that didn't fit properly. You can also request an exchange, but as mentioned, you run the risk of missing out on an item that is low in stock.
LENGTH
It’s also quite common for guys to order pants that are too long because we carry inseams you’ve probably never seen before. To figure out which inseam is going to you correctly, flip the cuff on the jeans upward until you are happy with wear the pants end. Then measure the length of the cuff and subtract it from the length of the pants. For example, if you bought a 28” inseam and flip the cuff up 2 inches, order the 26” inseam this time. COLOR/FABRIC
If you didn’t like the color or fabric, there may be another color or fabric available you may like more. In this case, you can place an exchange request for the color that you want. For example, if you ordered a Bruce Jean but want something with more stretch, the Xavier is the way to go. Or if you ordered the Jon performance pants in black but realize you would prefer the navy, you can easily exchange for that color.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer free and easy returns within the USA for 14 days from the delivery date of your order. This policy applies to all 50 states. Please note that items marked as Final Sale/Final Few are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To initiate a return or exchange, please use our returns center to access a free return label. Returns or exchanges not processed through our portal will not be accepted.
For international orders, customers are responsible for the cost of the return label, which can be purchased through our returns portal. All international returns or exchanges must also be processed through our returns center.
Send the products back to us in the same bag they came in (ideally) or any similar shipping bag. Simply download and affix the pre-paid label to the outside of the shipping bag and drop off at your nearest USPS location.
Please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. If not, we can reasonably decline your refund.
The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We offer free and easy exchanges within the USA for 14 days from the delivery date of your order, applicable to all 50 states. Please note that items marked as Final Sale/Final Few are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To exchange an item, visit our returns center and select the items you wish to exchange. With our "instant exchange" option, we can ship your new items immediately, even before receiving your return. Simply enter your credit card information at the end of the returns process for a $1 hold, which will be released once your return is scanned by the carrier.
If your return is not returned and scanned by the carrier within 14 days, the $1 authorization hold will convert into the cost of the exchange order, and you will be charged accordingly.
HOW LONG DOES A RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?
Returns usually require 2-4 business days to be fully processed at our warehouse. You will receive an email notifying you when processing is complete. For refunds, the credit should appear on your credit card account 1-5 business days later.
